この日の司会(TMOD)はKRさん。BTSのメロディーをBGMの司会進行は素晴らしく、出席者全員が温かい気持ちになりました。準備スピーカを丁寧に紹介し、計時係や集計係、GRAHCOなど会議のサポート役のメンバーも一生懸命サポートし、全員で会を盛り上げようとする姿勢に感動しました。


This day TMOD was KR-san.
BTS's cool song introduction and her bright character made every attendee relaxed and calm.　
While at the same time I was impressed that the support members such as Timer, Vote counter, and GRAHCO  were eager to work on TMOD.

この日のJoke/Tips MasterはOGさんでした。
ある美術館の冗談には大爆笑しました。表情に富んだOGさんの表現力は聴衆を掴みます！

This day OG-san served as Joke/TIP master. His joke story about the museum has been  enjoyable.
I think his variety of facial expression always captured the audience. Thank you, OG-san

英語スピーチセッション/Prepared Speech Session

そしてメインイベントの英語スピーチでは、４人の素晴らしい英語スピーカーが出演されました。

第一のスピ－カーはIMさんでスピーチタイトルは「Joy of Recitation」で、スティーブジョブスのスタンフォード大学の卒業式のスピーチを冒頭に引用。スピーチの展開力は圧巻でした。論評者のYDさんの洞察力のある論評が勉強になりました。





第二のスピーカーはONさんで、スピーチタイトルは「Bonfire」で、ご自身の大学時代の、たき火に関するストリーの展開とその面白さで終始、釘付けになりました！
論評者のNKさんの示唆に富む論評が印象的でした。





第三のスピーカーはADさんで、スピーチタイトルは「Messages left unsaid」でスピーチコンテスト出場スピーチで、そのメッセージ性の素晴らしさに涙があふれました。
論評者のYGさんのコンテストの聴衆心理を理解したアドバイスに唸りました！








第四のスピーカはYAさん。
スピーチタイトルは「Comfortable being uncomfortable」
スリリングの展開と考察を含んだスピーチは超一級でした。
スピーチコンテスト出場スピーチになります。
論評者のPRさんの示唆に富むユーモアのある論評が印象的でした。





Best Prepared speakerはYAさん、Best EvaluatorはYGさんでした。

In the prepared speech session, 4 wonderful speakers addressed the captivate speeches.

The first speaker: IM-san
Speech Title: Joy of recitation
I was very impressed with her developing story and demonstration!
Evaluator: YD-san : Very insightful and Food for thought.

The second speaker: ON-san
Speech Title: Bonfire
I have been magnetic to her variety of facial expression and verbal communication.
Evaluator: NK-san : 
Very insightful and set an example to improve points.

The third speaker: AD-san
Speech Title: Message left unsaid.
Her speech made me moved to tears and reached to her message which we will convey our gratitude and love to the loved ones in any occasions.
Evaluator: YG-san :His comments on the point of the contestant was impressing and I've learned a lot.  
 
The fourth Speaker: YA-san
Speech Title: Comfortable being uncomfortable 
His thrilling developing story has been always captivate to the audience!
Evaluator: PR-san: Very Insightful at the same time including a sense of humor!

あとがき/postscript

コロナ渦で思うように外出できない日々が続いていますが、皆さん、お元気でお過ごしですか？
何かを産み出すには、一人になって思索したり、コツコツ積み上げる努力が必要な事があります。
今のストレスフルな状況をポジティブに考えたいと思っています。

Under COVID１９ situation, we can't  feel free to go out. Anyway how have you been?
When it comes to creating something or improving something, we have to think about the matter or accumulate our efforts to complete our target by ourselves alone.
Now is under stressful situation and then I think of it more positively and more constructively.

英語スピーチセッション/Prepared Speech Session

そしてメインイベントの英語スピーチでは、４人の素晴らしい英語スピーカーが出演されました。

第一のスピ－カーはMKさんでスピーチタイトルは「Moss is our good buddy」で、日本の国歌から始まり、苔に関する素晴らしいプレゼンテーションでした。苔の写真がとても美しく、癒されました。論評者のUCさんの洞察力のある論評が勉強になりました。




第二のスピーカーはKRさんで、スピーチタイトルは「Coach me, Coach you! Finding my right leadership style 」で、リーダシップに関するご自身の経験から考察したプレゼンは圧巻でした！
論評者のONさんの示唆に富む論評が印象的でした。


第三のスピーカーはNKさんで、スピーチタイトルは「A my thought on Mentor System.」でご自身の実際の経験からMentorとMenteeの考えを考察するスピーチは会話を取り入れた臨場感あふれる素晴らしいスピーチでした。
論評者のMYさんの明るい論評が印象的でした。




第四のスピーカはADさん。
スピーチタイトルは「Message left unsaid」
ADさんの幼少期の言葉の持つ力強さに関する考察を母上の思い出と絡めた感動的なスピーチで釘付けになりました。
論評者のOSさんの洞察力のある示唆に富む情熱的な論評が印象的でした。

Her frank childhood memory made me moved and then "Message left unsaid" to her mother made me moved to tears. I considered her speech enormous captivate!

あとがき/postscript

コロナ渦で約１年以上、在宅勤務が続いています。皆さんはいかがお過ごしですか？
私は学生時代に読んだ、三島由紀夫の「金閣寺」「仮面の告白」遠藤周作「深い河」
城山三郎、開高健と本の梯子状態になっております。年を取って一つだけよかった事は、
読後の余韻が全く違うものに、なった事です！やっと成熟したのかなぁ？？（汗・・不安）

Under COVID１９ situation, I have to stay home and work there for １ year in a raw, how have you been ?
I have enough time to read the books such as Yukio-Mishima, Shusaku Endo, Saburo Shiroyama and Ken Kaiko. I think the best thing to get aging would be to make a difference feeling between young age and aging days!
I wonder whether I become matured person?(Wondering?)

英語スピーチセッション/Prepared Speech Session

そしてメインイベントの英語スピーチでは、3人の素晴らしい英語スピーカーが出演されました。

第一のスピ－カーはOGさんでスピーチタイトルは「Gift from someone」で、家族のサポートがあってOGさんの幸せがあるというメッセージ性に感動しました。論評者のSTさんの洞察力のある論評が勉強になりました。

第二のスピーカーはOTさんで、スピーチタイトルは「Job Interview」で、NKさん扮する面接官とOTさんの就職面接が圧巻で終始二人の掛け合いに釘付けになりました。
論評者のIWさんのユーモアがあって、示唆に富む論評が印象的でした。




第三のスピーカーはGTさんで、スピーチタイトルは「My Atlanta Story(Ⅲ）」でご自身の実際の経験から海外拠点の立て直しに奮闘するストリーの展開は聴き応えがあり、また信頼を築くことの大切さを痛感する素晴らしスピーチでした。
論評者のJMさんの洞察力あふれる論評とアトランタのCNN本社前の写真を使った演出に唸りました！

His elaborate story structure made every audience magnetic at the same time I always like his story because of his experience

I was very impressed with her attitude in which she had been deeply thinking about her evaluation comments and weave her fabric words.
Also CNN headquarters in Atlanta remined me of vivid memory in today's speech!
