 横浜市中区桜木町エリアで活動しているみなとみらいトーストマスターズクラブの第329回の英語スピーチ例会は、1/9(土)14:00-16:00にオンラインにて開催予定です。

※みなとみらいトーストマスターズクラブでは、社会状況を鑑み当面の間オンライン開催と致します。

この日の司会者とスタッフ/Today's TMOD(Toast Masters of the Day) and staff


この日の司会(TMOD)はONさん。この日が初めての司会。TMODはスピーチセッションの司会進行を担当する重要な役割。
最初は緊張した様子でしたが、さすが自他共に認める行動派。じきに慣れてテキパキと会議を進めました。TMODデビューおめでとう。
準備スピーカを丁寧に紹介し、計時係や集計係、GRAHCOなど会議のサポート3役、会議の大事なサポート役です。とても頼りになるメンバーです。



Toastmaster of the last meeting this year was TM.ON.
For TM.ON, this was her debut as this important role.
Though looked nervous in the beginning, but she managed the meeting successfully.
Congratulations for the great debut as the TMOD.

Joke/Tips Master
Joke/Tip masterはNKさん。アメリカ人とドイツ人と日本人のお国自慢のジョーク
を紹介。会場を笑いでウオームアップしました。

Joke tip Session ; NK san warmed up the meeting atmosphere by introducing
humorous story about the difference between American, German and Japanese.

Table Topics Master(即興スピーチ）


ベテランのTMさんは、もし自分を変えられたら何を変えたいか？
生まれ変わったら何になりたいか？などユニークな質問で皆が楽しみました。
Best Table Topic Speakerは生まれ変わったらサンタクロースになるとまとめたOSさん。
楽しい話で盛り上げました。

The Veteran TM san of our club led the Table Topic Master session.
He made unique questions such as “What do you want to be when you are
reborn?” OS san’s answer was “Santa Clause”
He won the best Table topic speaker award.

英語スピーチセッション/Prepared Speech Session

そしてメインイベントの英語スピーチでは、4人の素晴らしい英語スピーカーが出演されました。

第一のスピ－カーはMZさんで、スピーチタイトルは「My job and my interest」
ご自分のお仕事について情熱をもって、話されました。
入会されて間もないMZさんですが、堂々としたスピーチに拍手！
論評者はPSさん、実はMZさん、PSさんの紹介で入会したのですが、PSさ
んは　そんなMZさんのスピーチに終始にこにこ、たのしそうに論評をされていました

第2スピーカー：UCさん、タイトルは：　Love story
はにかみ屋のUCさんですが一旦、話はじめるとても聴衆の心を掴みます。
どうやって奥さんがUCさんを選んだかを、統計などを使いながら面白おかしくスピーチ。
素晴らしいエンターテイナーです。彼はこの日のベストSpeakerでした。
論評者はOTさん。そんなUCさんのスピーチをジェスチャーたっぷりでこれまた楽しく論評、ベストEvaluatorでした。

第三のスピーカーはOGさん、タイトルは「Communication makes better future」
どんなコミュニケーションスタイルの人と付き合いたいか、コミュニケーションスタイ
ルからの相性についてのスピーチ。　とても楽しめました。
論評者はKRさん。
仕事で暫らくOff期間のあったKRさんが復帰、相変わらずの的確な論評に皆、納得しました。


第4のスピーカーはYDさん。スピーチタイトルは「Enrich Toastmasters Life」
クラブの創立メンバーでもあるYDさんのトーストマスターズライフの10年間の振り返り、そして今後の10年の展望（Vision)。皆が聴き入りました。
YDさんの熱意が共有されMMTMCが素晴らしいクラブに成長することが確信されました。
我らがクラブから全日本チャンピオンをだすという夢です。
論評者はNGさん、
YDさんの熱意に感銘を受け、夢を共有したいという論評、全員も納得、賛同しました。

Best Prepared speakerはUCさん、Best EvaluatorはOTさんでした。
UCさん、OTさん、おめでとうございます！

The first speaker is MZ san 
The speech title is ”My job and my interest”.
PR san's  evaluator is actually the person who introduced MZ san to our club.
PR san was happy to see MZ san making a great start as the Toastmaster

Second speaker: UC  san 
The speech title: Love story
UC san is shy and humble but once he starts , he becomes real entertainer.
He won the the best speaker award.
His evaluator OT san was ever more fun, he won the best evaluator.

Third speaker: OG san  
Title: Communication makes better future.
A speech about what kind of communication style you want to have with your partner. 
He introduced the story from his real experience.
Evaluator: KR san gave OG san a good and feed back and advice.

4th speaker: YD
Title: Enrich Toastmasters Life.
YD san  is the founder of our club and he reviewed his first 10years of Toastmaster’s life. 
He also introduced his vision for next 10 years. which is encouraging.
Evaluator: GT san
He said he was inspired by the vision and enthusiasm of YD san. 
Yes. We have a hopeful future!

今日の総合論評者は　IMさんでした。
優しい語り口でしかし的確な総合論評は多くの方の心に響きました。

General Evaluator of Today meeting was IM san.
A gentle narrative, but an accurate comprehensive commentary touched the hearts of many.

あとがき/postscript

COVIDで始まりCOVIDで終わった1年でしたが、我々、みなとみらいトーストマスターズは負けません。
来年の活躍を誓って本年度最後のTMC会議を終えました。
皆さん、是非私たちの活動を見に、いらしてください。

We could successfully conclude year 2020.
We will overcome COVID 19 and make new year 2021 a bright and prosperous year.

この日の司会(TMOD)はIWさん。落ち着いた司会進行でいつも安心感があります。準備スピーカを丁寧に紹介し、計時係や集計係、GRAHCOなど会議のサポート役のメンバーも一生懸命サポートし、全員で会を盛り上げようとする姿勢に感動しました。



This day TMOD was IW-san.
His stable conducting meeting made every attendees relaxed and calm.　
While at the same time I was impressed that the support members such as Timer, Vote counter, and GRAHCO  were eager to work on TMOD.

Table Topics Master(即興スピーチ）






今年の心境を去年と比較して、どう感じているか等、とても12月にふさわしい質問でした。
SBさんのZOOMの背景がゴージャスで楽しい雰囲気になりました！
Best Table Topics SpeakerはOTさんでした。OTさん、おめでとうございます！

The questions about related with "the comparison between this year and the last year made 4 speakers witty remarks!
SB-San's background gave the gorgeous and funny atmosphere to all the members!
That sounded great and impressive!
The best table Topics Speaker was OT-san.

英語スピーチセッション/Prepared Speech Session

そしてメインイベントの英語スピーチでは、3人の素晴らしい英語スピーカーが出演されました。

第一のスピ－カーはIMさんでスピーチタイトルは「Event committee as a president」で、馬車道クラブでの会長としてシンガポールを訪れた際の考察でした。論評者のADさんの洞察力のある論評が勉強になりました。


第二のスピーカーはKWさんで、スピーチタイトルは「Believe and take a step forward」で本日、初めてのスピーチとなるIce Breakerでした。スピーチ力、卓越した表現力に釘付けになりました。
論評者のIMさんの示唆に富む論評が印象的でした。

第三のスピーカーはJMさんで、スピーチタイトルは「The gift of life」でメンターの考察を自身の経験から組み立てる話の構成は圧巻で、最後の”Give back to the chance”が心に響きました
論評者のOSさんの温かく洞察力あるコメントに唸りました！


Best Prepared speakerはKWさん、Best EvaluatorはADさんでした。

In the prepared speech session, 3 wonderful speakers addressed the captivate speeches.

The first speaker: IM-san
Speech Title: Event committee as a president
When she went to the Singapore Toastmasters Club as the president, she thought about the president role from this experience.
Evaluator: TM-AD : Very insightful and Food for thought.

The second speaker: KW-san
Speech Title: Believe and take a step forward
Her first speech was wonderful because her enthusiastic speech made every audience captivated. 
Evaluator: IM-san : 
Very insightful and set an example to improve points.

The third speaker: JA-san
Speech Title: The gift of life
Her elaborate story structure made every audience magnetic to her developing story at the same time I always like her story because of her experience 
Evaluator: OS-san 
I was very impressed with his attitude in which he had been deeply thinking about his evaluation comments and weave his fabric words.

今日の総合論評者はUCさんでした。
優しい語り口で落ち着いた総合論評は多くの方の心に響きました。

番外編/Special Topic
本日、AYさんがZOOMの背景コンテストを実施し、KWさんが優勝しました。
受賞理由は、スピーチの時にも、たいへん有効に背景を活用した事が受賞理由です。
皆さん、この時期らしい背景や面白背景などもあり、すごく楽しいWork Shopでした！





Today YA-san held the Zoom Background contest in this meeting. The first place was KW-san. The reason why she won the first place was many variety of backgrounds in her speech! Every members put the elaborate back grounds such as seasonal items and funny items. I enjoyed this contest!

YGさんが12月5日（土）に実施された神奈川ルーキーコンテストの英語の部で見事、優勝されました！
本当におめでとうございます！
圧倒的な英語力とスピーチ力は群を抜いています。
謙虚な人柄が光ります。
このクラブは本当にレベルが高いと思います。

Congratulations on YG-san
YG-san won the first place on 5th December in Kanagawa Rookie contest.
I think he has an enormous Speech talent while at the same time he is humble character.
I've been always surprised with this club's high quality member's skill in speech.

久しぶりに会社に行きましたら、クリスマスツリーが寂しく飾っていました。来年は多くの人がこのツリーを普通に見れたらいいですね・・

For the first time in 6 months when I went to the workplace, there was the Christmas tress decorated quietly .
I hope many persons will be able to watch this tress naturally..
