この日の司会者とスタッフ/Today's TMOD(Toast Masters of the Day) and staff
最初は緊張した様子でしたが、さすが自他共に認める行動派。じきに慣れてテキパキと会議を進めました。TMODデビューおめでとう。
Toastmaster of the last meeting this year was TM.ON.
For TM.ON, this was her debut as this important role.
Though looked nervous in the beginning, but she managed the meeting successfully.
Congratulations for the great debut as the TMOD.
Joke/Tips Master
Joke/Tip masterはNKさん。アメリカ人とドイツ人と日本人のお国自慢のジョーク
を紹介。会場を笑いでウオームアップしました。
Joke tip Session ; NK san warmed up the meeting atmosphere by introducing
humorous story about the difference between American, German and Japanese.
Table Topics Master(即興スピーチ）
ベテランのTMさんは、もし自分を変えられたら何を変えたいか？
生まれ変わったら何になりたいか？などユニークな質問で皆が楽しみました。
Best Table Topic Speakerは生まれ変わったらサンタクロースになるとまとめたOSさん。
楽しい話で盛り上げました。
The Veteran TM san of our club led the Table Topic Master session.
He made unique questions such as “What do you want to be when you are
reborn?” OS san’s answer was “Santa Clause”
He won the best Table topic speaker award.

英語スピーチセッション/Prepared Speech Session
第一のスピ－カーはMZさんで、スピーチタイトルは「My job and my interest」
ご自分のお仕事について情熱をもって、話されました。
入会されて間もないMZさんですが、堂々としたスピーチに拍手！
論評者はPSさん、実はMZさん、PSさんの紹介で入会したのですが、PSさ
んは そんなMZさんのスピーチに終始にこにこ、たのしそうに論評をされていました
第2スピーカー：UCさん、タイトルは： Love story
はにかみ屋のUCさんですが一旦、話はじめるとても聴衆の心を掴みます。
どうやって奥さんがUCさんを選んだかを、統計などを使いながら面白おかしくスピーチ。
素晴らしいエンターテイナーです。彼はこの日のベストSpeakerでした。
論評者はOTさん。そんなUCさんのスピーチをジェスチャーたっぷりでこれまた楽しく論評、ベストEvaluatorでした。
第三のスピーカーはOGさん、タイトルは「Communication makes better future」
どんなコミュニケーションスタイルの人と付き合いたいか、コミュニケーションスタイ
ルからの相性についてのスピーチ。 とても楽しめました。
論評者はKRさん。
仕事で暫らくOff期間のあったKRさんが復帰、相変わらずの的確な論評に皆、納得しました。
第4のスピーカーはYDさん。スピーチタイトルは「Enrich Toastmasters Life」
クラブの創立メンバーでもあるYDさんのトーストマスターズライフの10年間の振り返り、そして今後の10年の展望（Vision)。皆が聴き入りました。
YDさんの熱意が共有されMMTMCが素晴らしいクラブに成長することが確信されました。
我らがクラブから全日本チャンピオンをだすという夢です。
論評者はNGさん、
YDさんの熱意に感銘を受け、夢を共有したいという論評、全員も納得、賛同しました。
Best Prepared speakerはUCさん、Best EvaluatorはOTさんでした。

The first speaker is MZ san
The speech title is ”My job and my interest”.
PR san's evaluator is actually the person who introduced MZ san to our club.
PR san was happy to see MZ san making a great start as the Toastmaster
Second speaker: UC san
The speech title: Love story
UC san is shy and humble but once he starts , he becomes real entertainer.
He won the the best speaker award.
His evaluator OT san was ever more fun, he won the best evaluator.
Third speaker: OG san
Title: Communication makes better future.
A speech about what kind of communication style you want to have with your partner.
He introduced the story from his real experience.
Evaluator: KR san gave OG san a good and feed back and advice.
4th speaker: YD
Title: Enrich Toastmasters Life.
YD san is the founder of our club and he reviewed his first 10years of Toastmaster’s life.
He also introduced his vision for next 10 years. which is encouraging.
Evaluator: GT san
He said he was inspired by the vision and enthusiasm of YD san.

COVIDで始まりCOVIDで終わった1年でしたが、我々、みなとみらいトーストマスターズは負けません。来年の活躍を誓って本年度最後のTMC会議を終えました。皆さん、是非私たちの活動を見に、いらしてください。
