英語スピーチ例会レポート/English Speech Meeting Report
Today's Toastmaster of the day was TM Ad, whose TMOD debut today. In addition to the smooth operation that I couldn't believe it was her first time, She also gave us a lecture about the usage of the zoom by making an informative manual.
クラブにもオンライン例会のノウハウが溜まって来ているようです。例えば、"タイマーのカラーファンを効果的に見せる"、"限られたスペースでも効果的にボディランゲージする"と言ったテクニックも覚えられたメンバーが増えています。仕事でも活用出来そうですね。

2人目の英語スピーカーはOgさんでした。有名な寓話"ウサギとカメ"になぞらえた自身の出自を披露頂きました。優秀な兄弟はウサギタイプ、数々の失敗を経てもご家族の応援で再起して来たOgさんはカメタイプだそうです。

本日は来期の役員選挙が有りました。トーストマスターズクラブは会員の自主運営でして、その為リーダーシップを学べる場でもあります。私のオフィサー経験から申しますと、自発的にやれてる瞬間を増やす事がオフィサーを楽しめるコツです。少し気が早いですが来年一年間どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
There was an officer election for the next term. The Toastmasters Club is operated by members and therefore is a place to learn leadership.
From my experience as an officer, increasing the moments when you are working voluntarily is the key to enjoy it. We are looking forward to seeing your service for the next year.
