The crisp morning air and shifting colors remind us that change is the only constant. Our latest meeting at Minato Mirai Toastmasters Club captured this beautifully under the theme, "Let's enjoy the seasonal transition." Just as nature sheds its old layers to prepare for new growth, our speakers stepped out of their comfort zones to embrace personal transformation.
