ルーキーズ　インハウス　英語スピーチコンテスト コンテスト委員長とスタッフ/Rookies in house speech contest (Contest Chair) and staff

この日はルーキーズ　インハウス　スピーチコンテストでコンテスト議長はNKさんで、安定感のある声と流ちょうな英語でコンテストを終始盛り上げる姿勢に感動しました。

コンテスタントをを丁寧に紹介し、計時係や集計係、会場係などコンテストのサポート役のメンバーも一生懸命サポートし、全員で会を盛り上げようとする姿勢に本当にこのクラブに入って、良かったと再認識しました。

This day Rookies In house contest was held. NK-san as the Contest Chair handle the contest more stably and I was very impressed with his dedication to boost up the contestant motivations. 

His sophisticated English and  stable conducting meeting made every attendees relaxed and calm.　

While at the same time I was impressed that the support members such as Timer, Vote counter, and SAA were eager to work on the contest chair. 

コンテスタントのスピーチ（The speech of the contestant)

第一のコンテスタントはNKさん、

スピーチタイトルは「How to enjoy Classical music-transcription approach-」

趣味の音楽に関する興味深いスピーチで釘付けになりました！

Power Point も活用した印象深いスピーチでした！

第二のコンテスタントはYGさん、

スピーチタイトルは「Breaking the Myth of Leadership」

リーダシップに関する考察でたいへん勉強になりました。

また、表情豊かに聴衆に問いかけてくるスピーチは終始、聴衆の注意を引く、魅力あふれるスピーチでした。

第三のコンテスタンはNGさんで、

スピーチタイトルは「Line of Duty Death」

NGさんの実体験に基づく、説得力のある逸話に、息を呑みました。

たいへん安定した英語力とスピーチ力は圧巻でした。

第四のスピーカーはOGさんで、

スピーチタイトルは「Ai makes peace」

心温まるスピーチ内容で、自分の若かりし頃を思い出させる考察の効いた、スピーチ後に余韻の残る感動的なスピーチでした。

また、OGさんの表情豊かなスピーチは聴取をグッと引き込むものでした。

第五のコンテスタントはNGさん、

スピーチタイトルは「Definition of Happiness」

「幸福の定義」について、洞察力と分析力にすぐれたスピーチで、また優しい語り口の英語がとても魅力的でした。

第六のコンテスタントはPRさん、

スピーチタイトルは「What is your fear?」

「何が恐怖なのか？」という哲学的な意味と脳科学の分野での考察と、たいへん考えさせられる素晴らしいスピーチでした。

また、偉人の言葉をスピーチに組み込んだ技法は圧巻のスピーチ力でした！

1位はYGさん、2位はOGさん、3位がNGさんでした。

すべてのコンテスタントの皆様に感謝申し上げます。

In-house Rookies contest, 6 wonderful contestants addressed the captivate speeches.

The first speaker: NK-san

Speech Title: How to enjoy Classical music -transcription approach-

Regarding his music hobby, his story made me think about the genius of Chopin 

The second speaker: YG-san

Speech Title: Breaking the Myth of Leadership

He developed his speech which consists of the right leadership and wrong one while at the same time his persuasive gesture and calm speaking English made me captive.

The third speaker: MK-san

Speech Title: Line of Duty Death

Based on her experience I had been magnetic to her story and I wanted to listen to her story what's going on?

The fourth speaker: OG-san

Speech Title: Ai makes Peace

From his gentle character I was moved to tears and his wonderful story brought back to my young days!

 

The Fifth speaker: NG-san

Speech Title: Definition of happiness

Very insightful and objective analysis made me very persuasive and food for thoughts.

Her sophisticated gentle voice held listeners' attention!

The sixth speaker: PR-san

Speech Title: What is your fear?

Her philosophical point of view regarding "What is our fear" made every audience captivate while at the same time installing Gandhi's famous word was superior!

優しい語り口と的を射た質問は、コンテストで緊張したコンテスタントの方の安らぎになったと思います。

本日のルーキーズコンテストは素晴らしいコンテストでした！

ルーキーズ何って、言えないぐらい全コンテスタントのスピーチの内容が素晴らしく、レベルが本当に高かったです。

全コンテスタントが私の中ではヒーローであり、ヒロインでした！

また、このコンテストを縁の下で支えて頂いた、コンテストチェアのNKさん、各スタッフの皆様、Judgeの方々、VPEのOTさん、会長のGTさん、本当にありがとうございました。

Today's Rookies contest was enormously successful and wonderful!

Every contestants' level was high and I considered every contestant hero and heroine.

I really appreciate every contestant's courage and effort while at the same time deeply appreciating NK-san as the contest Chair, all the staff, all the Judge, OT-san as VPE and GT-san as the president.

この日の司会者とスタッフ/Today's TMOD(Toast Masters of the Day) and staff

この日の司会(TMOD)は会長のGTさん。洗練された英語と柔軟な司会進行でいつも安心感があります。準備スピーカを丁寧に紹介し、計時係や集計係、GRAHCOなど会議のサポート役のメンバーも一生懸命サポートし、全員で会を盛り上げようとする姿勢に感動しました。

This day TMOD was our president GT-san.

His sophisticated English and  stable conducting meeting made every attendees relaxed and calm.

英語スピーチセッション/Prepared Speech Session

そしてメインイベントの英語スピーチでは、4人の素晴らしい英語スピーカーが出演されました。

第一のスピ－カーはMYさんでスピーチタイトルは「Finding out the exciting hobby」で、コロナ渦での新しい発見の話でした。論評者のTMさんの洞察力のある論評が勉強になりました。

第二のスピーカーはSBさんで、スピーチタイトルは「My Perfect Travel」で旅行に関する楽しいスピーチでした。スリランカのホテルの巨石がある写真にビックリしました。

論評者のOSさんの温かい論評が印象的でした。

第三のスピーカーはAYさんで、スピーチタイトルは「KANJI」で”幹事”、コーディネータの重要性をユーモアたっぷりに披露してくれました。

論評者のOSさんの考えながら自分の言葉で論評される姿が印象的でした。

第四のスピーカーはYDさんで、スピーチタイトルは「My social media experiences」でsocial mediaに対する奮闘努力の参考になるスピーチでした。

論評者のUCさんの温かくユーモアあふれる論評が印象的でした。

第五の論評者OTさん、特別プロジェクトとしてTable Topics Masterを担当したNKさんへの

論評でした。経験に基づく、前向きでNKさんを勇気づける素晴らしい論評でした。

Best Prepared speakerはAYさん、Best EvaluatorはOSさんでした。

In the prepared speech session, 4 wonderful speakers addressed the captivate speeches.

The first speaker: MY-san

Speech Title: Finding out the exciting hobby

Under COVID19 he is finding out something new.

Evaluator: TM-san : Very insightful and Food for thought.

The second speaker: SB-san

Speech Title: My perfect Travel

She talked about her wonderful travel in Sri Lanka.

Evaluator: OS-san : 

His heartwarming evaluation made me enjoyable and relaxed while at the same time I always respect his deep knowledge about the difficult expression in English.

The third speaker: AY-san

Speech Title: KANJI

He talked about KANJI which means coordinator's crucial role and this role made him broaden his horizon!

Evaluator: ON-san 

I was very impressed with her attitude in which she had been deeply thinking about her evaluation comments and weave her fabric words.

The fourth speaker: YD-san

Speech Title: My social media experiences

I felt sympathy with his emotions which he had been struggling with social media while at the same time I respected his challenging spirit.

Evaluator: UC-san 

I really likes his evaluation. Because his heartwarming point of view made me stay calm and relaxed!

The fifth Evaluator: OT-san

I think his evaluation would be based on his experience and then his point of view was positive and challengeable!

あとがき/postscript

コロナ渦で自粛生活が長く続いて、最初の2ヶ月で5Kgも太った私は、散歩を始めました。

その散歩で、細い4つの抜け道を発見し、その道を通るたびに不思議な感覚になることを

楽しんでいます！

Under COVID19 my restriction life made me gain 5Kg weight.

This gaining weight triggered me to take a walk every day and then I find out 4 narrow space roads which lead to the strange place I can't predict

Through these pathway I began to feel the reminiscent feeling and enjoy this sense!
