※みなとみらいトーストマスターズクラブでは、社会状況を鑑み当面の間オンライン開催と致します。

この日の司会(TMOD)はSBさん。誠実な人柄がにじみ出た司会進行で落ち着いた気持ちになりました。。準備スピーカを丁寧に紹介し、計時係や集計係、GRAHCOなど会議のサポート役のメンバーも一生懸命サポートし、全員で会を盛り上げようとする姿勢に感動しました。

This day TMOD was SB-san.

Her sincere character made every attendees relaxed and calm.　

While at the same time I was impressed that the support members such as Timer,vote counter, and GRAHCO  were eager to work on TMOD. 

Joke/Tips Master

ジョハリの窓という「4つの自分の姿」を知り、自己開発に役立てる説明がたいへん勉強になりました。

This day Joke/Tip master was NG-san.

According to JOHARI WINDOW theory, her persuasive explanation made me think about my character. I've learned a lot from her insightful speech.

英語スピーチセッション/Prepared Speech Session

そしてメインイベントの英語スピーチでは、2人の素晴らしい英語スピーカーが出演されました。

第一のスピ－カーはOTさんでスピーチタイトルは「online VS onsite」で、コロナ渦でのクラブの運営をOnlineで実施すべきか、OnSiteで実施すべきか？OTさんが7人を指名し、白熱した議論が起こりました。論評者のFWさんの洞察力のある論評が勉強になりました。

7人の意見は、どれもとても論理的で、色々考えさせられました。

第二のスピーカーはUCさんで、スピーチタイトルは「Funny Taste」で内容がユーモアたっぷりで、大爆笑しました。論評者のMTさんの温かい論評が印象的でした。

Under COVID19 which do you support online meeting or onsite one?

OT-san pointed out 7 persons and they expressed their opinions based on their belief and perception.

I found a lot of satisfaction in listening to the heated discussion!

あとがき/postscript

急に秋が深まったように思いますが、皆さん、如何お過ごしですか？

私は毎年、この季節は庭で採れたオリーブの試食を始めます。

約12ヶ月間、10％の食塩水につけたオリーブは私に秋の味覚をもたらします。

このオリーブを肉の炒め物やアンチョビに添えてウィスーキと一杯やる時、

私の至福の時間が訪れます。

今年はコロナ渦でほとんど、クラブの会員の方に会えず、改めて人と会う事の

大切さを実感させられた年になりました。

（なんか年末みたいになっちゃいました(笑）

I think autumn  has come so rapidly, how does every member spend this autumn season?

In this season I begin to try to taste the olive I harvested in my garden.

This olive has been soaked in the 10% salt water for 12 months and then the astringency dropped off, they brings back to my autumn taste!

When I ate the meat and anchovy accompanying with this olive and drank the scotch whisky, my valuable and happy time has come!

This year unfortunately I've never come to see club's members under this COVID17 social commotion and I rethink the valuable thing to come to see the persons and exchange many ideas with the others.

そしてメインイベントの英語スピーチでは、4人の素晴らしい英語スピーカーが出演されました。

第一のスピ－カーはNGさんでスピーチタイトルは「Life Changing Experiences」でご自身の職業経験に基づく素晴らしいスピーチでした。論評者のIMさんの洞察力のある論評が勉強になりました。

第二のスピーカーはFJさんで、スピーチタイトルは「Summer Festival」で面白く、着物もエレガントでした。論評者のUCさんの温かい論評が印象的でした。

第三のスピーカーはOSさんで、スピーチタイトルは「Practice, practice,practice」で、スピーチに対するOSさんの真摯な姿勢に感銘を受けました。論評者のIMさんの洞察力に富む論評が印象的でした。

第四のスピーカーはGTさんで、スピーチタイトルは「Farewell Party」で、入念に考えられたスピーチは圧巻でした。論評者のNKさんの温かいコメントが印象的でした。

浴衣や着物で素敵な装いの会員が優雅な雰囲気を醸し出していました。

あとがき/postscript

私事で恐縮ですが 3月から約6ヶ月間 ずっとテレワークを続けています。

オンラインと リアル な会議の決定的な違いは「余白の時間」がなくなったということです。

会議の前後に雑談を交わす「余白の時間」

会議終了後のエレベータの中で 「さっきの話どう思う？」という何気ない会話を交わす「余白の時間」

余白の時間は 新しいアイデアや共創を生み出す「ゆりかご」でもあったんだということが、よくわかるようになりました。

このクラブでも この余白時間を作ろうというプロジェクトが始まっています。

I feel much obliged to talk about my private life in which I’ve been working for telework since March for 6 months.

The big difference between the real meeting and on-line meeting is that there is no room for the blank time to feel free to exchange many ideas with the others.

The blank time to chat a small talk before and after meeting while at the same time after meeting ’What do you think about the latest talk?’ in the elevator.

I think the blank time would trigger us to create new ideas and new alliances.

In this club the new project begins with ’let’s create the blank time to feel free to chat a small talk’
