本日は16人のメンバーと2人のゲストで開催されました。ご参加頂きまして、ありがとうございます！
本日からみなとみらいトーストマスターズは、第12期が開始となりますので、新任役員の就任式が行われました。Gavel (ガベル、議長が持つ「ハンマー」でリーダーシップのシンボル)を手に宣誓をする儀式です。新任役員一人一人がそれぞれの役割に最善を尽くすことを誓います。
儀式の最後には新PresidentのAsさんから、「運営に必要な３つのE」と言うテーマでスピーチ頂きました。Asさんは趣味でギターを演奏されるので、即興で披露頂くというサプライズつき!
その後、新メンバーのAdさんの就任式、続いて通常の例会が行われました。
Table Topics Session (即興スピーチ)では新メンバーAdさんがいきなりベスト受賞！今後Adさんのスピーチが楽しみになり期待が膨らみました。
Prepared Speech Session（準備スピーチ）では、1人目のスピーカーKさんの自分の失敗談の話、2人目のGさんはトーストマスターに参加されて思った事のお話、3人目のベテランKさんはご自身が読まれた本と経験談をお話し頂きました。
Evaluation Session（論評）では、Fさん、Oさん、Tさん論評頂きました。ベテラントーストマスターのユーモアも交えた論評は勉強になります。
例会後、トーストマスターズの新しい教材「Pathways」について、新VPE(Vice president of Education)のTさんから解説頂きました。Pathwaysは今年度から採用された新しい教材です。プレゼンテーション、リーダーシップ、コーチングなど10種類の「Path 道」と300種類の教材から自分に合った「道」を選び、５つのレベルを順にステップアップしていきます。今入会される方はベテランメンバーと同じスタートラインに立ち、一緒に学べる大チャンスです！

あとがき：新VPPR(Vice President of Public Relations)の初仕事として例会レポートを書きました、Kと申します。昨年の8月からMinat-Mirai Toastmasters Clubに参加させて頂きまして、今期からVPPRを仰せつかった訳です。貴重な機会を頂きありがとうございます！
English Speech Meeting Report
Our meeting was held at the Naka-kumin katsudou-center in Kannnai, Yokohama. Today's meeting was held with 17 members and 2 guests. Thank you for joining us!
From today, Minato Mirai Toastmasters will begin the 12th term, so the inauguration ceremony for the new officers was held.
It is an event to swear with judge gavel. The gavel is the symbol of leadership. Each newly appointed officer said they will do their best for each role.
At the end of the ceremony, New president Mr As delivered a speech with the theme of "Three Es required for operation". Also, he performed guitar solo, all of us were impressed!
After that, the Induction ceremony for Ms Ad who newly joined the club was held. Thank you for attending many times and joining our club! And regular meetings were held. table topics session, prepared speech session, evaluation session.
At the Table Topics Session, the new member Ms Ad won the award! We look forward to Ms Ad's speech and the expectation has expanded.
The first speaker Mr K talked about his own failure story, the second speaker Mr G talked about what he thought of participating in Toastmasters, and the third, Mr K talked about a book and his own experiences.
In the Evaluation Session, Ms F, Mr O, Mr T commented on it. Commentary by veteran Toastmaster's evaluation is so informative.
After the meeting, New VPE Mr T explained about Toastmasters' new teaching material "pathways". Pathways is a new teaching material adopted from this fiscal year. We select 10 kinds of "Path road" such as presentation, leadership, coaching and 300 kinds of teaching materials to suit "your way", and step up 5 levels in order. The person who joins now has a great opportunity to stand on the same start line as a veteran member and learn together!
We will operate the club with a new executive officer, so We are looking forward to seeing you next time!
