メリークリスマス!!!、言わずもがな、そんな中、みなとみらいトーストマスターズクラブは、12月25日土曜日、352回例会をオンライン・オンサイトのハイブリッドで開催しました。今日の現場はクリスマスにちなんだ衣装であふれ、トナカイ・ツリー・サンタクロース達が場を盛り上げていました。

 

Merry Christmas!!!. No need to explain, We, Minato-Mirai Toastmasters Club held 350th regular meeting on Saturday, 20th November via hybrid of zoom and Naka ward activity center. Reindeer, Tree and The Santa clause gathered at Onsite and they give big excitement Today. By the way the rain which had started after the meeting, would not change into snow as deep as night gone like that famous song.

英語スピーチセッション/Prepared Speech Session

In the prepared speech session, 3 amazing speakers addressed the captivate speeches. 

 

The first speaker:TM Im

Speech Title: Joy of Impromptu Speaking

テーブルトピックマスターの面白さ・奥深さを、ご自身の豊富な経験を元に語って頂きました。なかでも日常の会話すなわちその人間力を鍛えるためにテーブルトピックは一定の効果があるといいます。またＰＲＥＰ手法の紹介や、スピーチでは一呼吸おいて最初のインスピレーションを大事にしていることや、多少の質疑のずれは気にせず大胆に話を展開することもコツであるといいます。そしてテーブルトピックの後は必ず振るとのことで、次へのつながりを模索する姿勢からは飽くなき探求心が伺えます。

 

TM Im, told us that joy and depth for table topic master session based on her generous and sturdy experiences. especially, she says the table topics session has some effect to that the people development  can be cultivate. And a lot of know how for the table topics were introduced. For example, the PREP method, to take deep breath before speak out, to believe your inspiration, and don't care a few gap on Q&A. She says, always after table topic session, retrospect the own speech for that seek out clue to next chance. that attitude shows insatiable pursue for true table topics master.

Speech Title: Merry Christmas! Dear Santa!

 

お子様のご家族（結構な人数になったように聞こえました）と一緒に過ごしたクリスマスパーティーの暖かい様子やわくわくした準備の様子を楽しく語って頂きました。特に今回は素敵なヨーロピアンスタイルにこだわりがあったそうで、スピーチの間終始楽しい様子があふれていました。また腕によりをかけた料理が好評であったり、大人たちはクリスマスの雰囲気の中で特別なワインも楽しんだようです。そして、ツリーやリースの飾りつけを写真でも紹介していただき、とても綺麗な飾りつけにクラブの皆さんもうっとりしていました。そしてスピーチの盛り上がりでは、プレゼントのデコレーション準備の雰囲気や、サンタに扮したご主人による孫たちにプレゼントを渡す様子も楽しそうに話していただきました。

パーティーは準備する方も別の意味で楽しみ方があります。

 

She shared us happily that about Xmas party with close family and its excitingly preparation. particularly, throughout the speech, she was full of fun because, she have special choice for elegance of the European party style. And She says, banquet by her skill was very popular in her family, Adults enjoyed wine. And she showed picture of beautifully decorated Christmas tree and wreath that fascinated to club members. And at climax of the speech, the scene to explanation how to wrapping the gifts, and Santa Claus dressed husband gifting scene where illustrated with big happiness. I think preparing Christmas party also have big fun as much as join.

Speech Title: My love to MMTMC

新しいことへチャレンジするにあたり、本日はMMTMCでの最後のスピーチに挑まれました。TMとしての4年間、特に半分以上をオフィサーとしてクラブを牽引し、ときには衝突もあったが今としては良い思い出として懐かしみつつ、TM活動を振り返っていました。

また、Pathwaysのプロジェクトを一通り終るタイミングでもあったので、Pathwaysに関するサジェストにも言及がありました。最後のスピーチにおいてまで改善のヒントを提示する姿勢は「学びの場」への強い思いを込めたGtさんらしさを象徴する場面だと思います。

"Age? Just a number" はまさにこのことでしょう。

As beginning of new his challenge, He committed last speech as MMTMC member today. The last four years as TM, he lead our club with dedication eagerly. Despite from time to time a conflict raised which now remember as good memories, he says. And just this day pathways last project finished so that he mentioned some advice. Even the his last speech in the club, the altruistic attitude that he gave advice to club is really symbolic scene that reflects his personality which have strong aim for life time leaning. "Age? Just a number". that's right absolutely.

あとがき 

今年最後の例会でした。本当にみなさまお疲れ様です。今年一年いかがでしたでしょうか。やり残したことはありませんか？でもクリスマス後から元旦までは個人的には一番好きな期間で、新年を迎えるまでは何もかも忘れてダラーリと過ごしたいですよね。

 

先週ぐらいですが、マリンタワーの工事のカバーがなくなっていることに気づきました。ひさびさにスラリとした筐体が見えたのでちょっとうれしかった。でもまだテナント部分は工事中のようです。 

この2021の花文字は開港広場に植えられていて、ちょうど東京オリンピックの真っ最中に出現した時のものです。
