この日の司会者とスタッフ/Today's TMOD(Toast Masters of the Day) and staff
This day TMOD was OG-san which picked up the theme "Connect".
His sincere conduct meeting made me moved while at the same time I was surprised that he looked confidence in conducting meeting for the first time!
I was impressed that the support members such as Timer, Vote counter, and GRAHCO were eager to work on TMOD.

英語スピーチセッション/Prepared Speech Session
第一のスピ－カーはUCさんでスピーチタイトルは「The open-eyed astonishment toilet」で、駅での改装中のトイレットの話はユーモアにあふれ、話の展開に釘付けになりました。論評者のIWさんの洞察力があり、さらに温かい論評が心を打ちました。
第二のスピーカーはOTさんで、スピーチタイトルは「Speed coaching」で、結婚式のスピーチで聴衆の心を掴み、3パターンの登場人物の背景を説明したコーチングの具体例を、ユーモアたっぷりに説明するOTさんのスピーチ力は圧巻でした！
論評者のMKさんの温かく、示唆に富む論評とEye Contactが素晴らしかったです！
第三のスピーカーはGTさんで、スピーチタイトルは「What is National Guide Interpreter?」で、ご自身の経験から紡ぎ出した旅行添乗員と通訳者の仕事は圧倒的な迫力と説得力がありました。
また、3人の質問者の質問は的を射た、さらにスピーチの背景を洞察することができる素晴らしセッションになりました！

He succeeded in capturing the audience's attention at the opening because his eye-catching chart made me persuasive at the same time developing story goes smooth!
Evaluator: IW-san : Very insightful and heartwarming evaluation.
The second speaker: OT-san
Speech Title: Speed coaching
Regarding coaching, he was very attractive with the coaching theory based on 3 cases, which his transparent explanation on the 3 case's background was very persuasive and a good sense of humor!
I think he has an enormous talent of sense of humor and developing story!

His experience in National Guide Interpreter made me persuasive and felt sympathy with his struggling situations

Today's regular meeting was held in Naka-city Hall meeting room where we took the perfect preventive measure against COVID19.

I think it was a big difference between ZOOM and face-to face meeting!

May is defined as the green leaves in Japan, which is compared to 'The youth in your Life".
Although the pandemic situations has been continued and then we have to endure the restricted ordinary life, if you come to this club, I will make sure that there are a lot of members who fell sympathy with your difficult situation at the same time having an influx of talent in this club!
