In house 英語スピーチコンテスト コンテスト委員長とスタッフ/ In house speech contest (Contest Chair) and Chief Judge
この日はインハウス スピーチコンテストでコンテスト議長はOTさんで、安定感のある進行と流ちょうな英語でコンテストを終始盛り上げる姿勢に感動しました。
また、チーフジャッジはOSで冷静沈着な進行に、一同、気が引き締まる思いがしました。
This day 'In house contest' was held. OT-san as the Contest Chair handle the contest more stably and I was very impressed with his dedication to boost up the contestant motivations.
His sophisticated English and stable conducting meeting made every attendees relaxed and calm.
While at the same time I was impressed that the support members such as Timer, Vote counter, and SAA were eager to work on the contest chair.
OS-san as the Chief Judge had been conducting the procedure more stably and calmly and the every member felt a positive tension in the contest.
コンテスタントのスピーチ（The speech of the contestant)
第一のコンテスタントはADさん、
スピーチタイトルは「Message left unsaid」
ADさんの幼少期の言葉の持つ力強さに関する考察を母上の思い出と絡めた感動的なスピーチで釘付けになりました。
第二のコンテスタントはNKさん、
スピーチタイトルは「Our greatest glory」
アメリカ時代の交通事故から入院先での女医さんとの淡い恋を情緒豊かに表現されるスピーチ力は圧巻で、楽しく視聴しました。
第三のコンテスタンはSGさんで、
スピーチタイトルは「Fall down 7 times, get up 8」
英語の学びに関する挫折や挑戦を自身の経験から紡ぎ上げたスピーチは圧巻で、終始引きつけられました。
第四のスピーカーはAYさんで、
スピーチタイトルは「Go with the flow」
ジャカルタの旅行での、友人からのあるアドバイスを忘れて、現地の人の観光案内を”流れるまま付いて行った”展開がスリリングで光景が浮かぶような圧倒的なスピーチでした！
第五のコンテスタントはMZさん、
スピーチタイトルは「impersonation 」
役に扮する事を自身の経験から、色々なダンスのスタイルを織り交ぜてのスピーチ力、表現力が圧倒的で、終始、釘付けになりました。
第六のコンテスタントはYDさん、
スピーチタイトルは「Trust and listen consciously」
ご自身のご経験から、ご家族との会話を”信頼と傾聴すること”で家族の絆を取り戻した感動的なスピーチで、色々考えさせられる余韻の残る素晴らしいスピーチでした。
1位はAYさん、2位はADさん、3位がNKさんでした。
AYさん、ADさん、NKさん、おめでとうございます。
すべてのコンテスタントの皆様に感謝申し上げます。

In-house contest, 6 wonderful contestants addressed the captivate speeches.
The first speaker: AD-san

Speech Title: Message left unsaid.
Her frank childhood memory made me moved and then "Message left unsaid" to her mother made me moved to tears. I considered her speech enormous captivate!
The second speaker: NK-san
Speech Title: Our greatest glory
When he lived in USA and happened to encounter the traffic accident, he fell in love with female beautiful doctor! I like his speech because it was very funny and dramatic development!
The third speaker: SB-san
Speech Title: Fall down 7 times, get up 8
Based on her experience she had been struggling to learn to speak English, I had been magnetic to her story.
The fourth speaker: YA-san
Speech Title: Go with the flow
When he went abroad in Jakarta, his dear friend advised him that you should not trust the local person.
but he forgot this advice, he followed the local person's guidance just like "Go with the flow".
The story telling was very thrilling and the I've been magnetic to his developing story!
The Fifth speaker: MZ-san
Speech Title: impersonation
From her experience, she likes pretender just like a Dancer. Her dynamic body language made every member captivate!
The sixth speaker: YD-san
Speech Title: Trust and listen consciously
From his experience he change his attitude that he trusted his son and listened to his son's story more sincerely. That changing mindset led to the good direction. I've leaned a lot from his insightful speech.

いつもユーモアあふれる語り口で、一気に場が和みました！
The interviewer after the contest was UC-san.
I think his sense of humor and calm questions would make every contestant relieved.
日本語コンテスト（Japanese Contest)
日本語コンテストにはNKさんが出場されました。
スピーチタイトルは「どんなに暗くても星は見える」でした。
物語性のあるスピーチで引きつけられました。

本日のインハウスコンテストはは素晴らしいコンテストでした！全コンテスタントのスピーチの内容が素晴らしく、レベルが本当に高かったです。全コンテスタントが私の中ではヒーローであり、ヒロインでした！また、このコンテストを縁の下で支えて頂いた、コンテストチェアのOTさん、Chief JudgeのOSさん、各スタッフの皆様、会場係のONさん、Judgeの方々、VPEのOTさん、会長のGTさん、本当にありがとうございました。深謝です。
