この日の司会者とスタッフ/Today's TMOD(Toast Masters of the Day) and staff

この日の司会(TMOD)はUCさん。「あなたのスタミナの源は何ですか？」のテーマから

活気あふれる準備スピーカの紹介で、場が明るい雰囲気に包まれました。計時係や集計係、GRAHCOなど会議のサポート役のメンバーも一生懸命サポートし、全員で会を盛り上げようとする姿勢に感動しました。

This day TMOD was UC-san.

His theme was "What's your stamina?" His bright atmosphere made every member feel relaxed and enjoyable.  
While at the same time I was impressed that the support members such as Timer,vote counter, and GRAHCO  were eager to work on TMOD.

英語スピーチセッション/Prepared Speech Session

そしてメインイベントの英語スピーチでは、4人の素晴らしい英語スピーカーが出演されました。

第一のスピ－カーはMKさんでスピーチタイトルは「Temperance」で実経験に基づくお話でした。論評者のACさんの洞察力のあるアドバイスが勉強になりました。

第二のスピーカーはOTさんで、スピーチタイトルは「Yesterday」で余韻の残るスピーチでした。論評者のIMさんの示唆に富む論評が勉強になりました。

第三のスピーカーはSBさんで、スピーチタイトルは「What I learned in the sale of "Hermes"」で、実体験に基づく、心温まるお話でした。論評者のKRさんの解説に理解が深まりました。

第四のスピーカーはGTさんで、スピーチタイトルは「Hurray, Hurray, vpe」で、クラブのVPEの役割に対する考察でした。論評者のSTさんの包容力のある論評に多くを学びました。

In the prepared speech session, 4 wonderful speakers addressed the captivate speeches.

Based on her real experience, I think it was food for thought.

His speech remains the suggestive.

Her speech suggested me to think about "universal feeling and emotion".

His speech gave us food for thougt.

総合論評者/General Evaluator

今日の総合論評者はFWさんでした。

抑制の効いた冷静な総合論評がとても勉強になりました。

Today's General evaluator was FW-san.

She evaluated today's regular meeting cool and comprehensively.

I've learned a lot for her analysis and evaluation.　

あとがき/postscript

私がこのクラブに入会したのは、去年の9月でした。初めて、このクラブを見学した時、当時の会長のAYさん、会員担当のGTさんがとても親切に、このクラブの雰囲気や年齢構成（20代からシニアまでバランスよく構成）、クラブ以外にも懇親を深める各種行事も説明頂いた事を鮮明に覚えています。

入会の決め手になった事は、英語のスピーチを会員全員で学ぼうとする真摯な姿勢と、会員の方全員が私に、とても親切だった事です。そして、この決定は私の人生で最もよい決定だったと思っています。（少し大袈裟かな？(笑)

元来、怠け者で怠惰な私が、英語の学習を毎日できているのも、このクラブのお陰です。

I joined this magnet club on September last year. When I came to see the regular meeting in this club for the first time, AY-san as the president and GT-san as VPM in those days were very kind to explain this club atmosphere, age blanket (good balance from 20’s to senior) and many events to build a good relationship with all the members.

The best motivation to join this club consisted of 2 points in which every member had been keen on learning to delivery many varieties of speech in English while at the same time every member there welcomed me with open arms.

I definitely think it is the best decision I’ve ever made that I joined this wonderful club. (A little bit exaggerated ? Smile)　

Originally I’m a lazy guy but this club makes me diligent to learn a speech in English every day just like brushing my teeth.
