In the contest, 4 amazing contestants showed brilliant speeches.
The first speaker: Mz-san

Speech Title: My motivation for speaking English
これまでの英語学習の述懐し、一定の自信は持ち合わせいるものの、海外滞在を経て英語コミュニケーションにおいて重要なものとはなにか？何が足りないのか？ご自身の気づき・考えをスピーチに込めて熱く語って頂きました。各場面での聴衆へのまなざしや、声の表現力が素晴らしかったです。随所でみられた頷きの表情は聴衆との繋がりを象徴していたように思います。昨今の成長が著しく、ルーキーの概念を覆すようなスピーチでした。
In the beggining, his long history of learning English was described. And then despite his some confidence for English, after his stay abroad, He enthusiastically talked his thought and awareness over what is important in communication and is not enough. Glance to audience, vocal expression, I found excellent these at several scene. I believe his nodding motion in couple of times ware evidence that connection to audience. His incredibly increasing growth is like a paradigm shift in definition of "Rookie".
The second speaker:Mk-san
Speech Title:The Giant and the Garden
オスカーワイルドの「わがままな大男」が語られたあとの家族内の一場面が再現されます。当時は理解できず忘れていた父のあの場面を、庭の手入れをきっかけとして思い出し、そしてご両親への理解を深めたエピソードを語って頂きました。Greenで統一されたバーチャル背景といい、ブローチといい、植物・自然が好きな彼女の雰囲気が前面に出た素晴らしいスピーチでした。ボーカルバラエティでは特に巨人の表現が非常に良い味を出していました。物語を語らせたら彼女の右に出るものはいないです。
After narration through out "selfish titan" of Oscar wild, one scene illustrated with her family was described. She said, since the taking care of garden at parents' home, memory with father that did not figured out at that time and long forgotten was came back and then deepens family ties. Because of virtual background, outfit, broach that were unified green tone, which showed her ambience with her favorites at front-line, it was excellent speech. In terms of vocal variety, especially expression of Giant was extremely good taste. No one is on the right of her narration.
The third speaker:Mr-san
Speech Title:Community
東日本大震災後まだまだ平穏を取り戻せていない情勢の中、サービスステーションでの一場面から、コミュニティーの強さ・すばらしさを再認識したエピソードを語って頂きました。また英国の友人との交流をめぐってコミュニティーの持つ普遍的な強さについて言及するくだりはメッセージ性をより強固にしていたと思います。一方で落ちついた雰囲気・口調は聴衆との距離が非常に近かったように思えますし、一種の親近感を与えていました。またコミュニティーの良さでいうと真っ先に当クラブを連想しますが、多彩な背景があれどメンバが同じ方向を向いて歩んでいき、時には山・谷あったかもしれませんが、お互い称えあう瞬間を目の当たりにするのはかけがえの無いことだと改めて思います。
Although at that time still remained turmoil of the East Japan Earthquake, She happened one eye-opening scene at service station. She said which able to reaffirm the strength and goodness of community. and then through the interaction with friend from UK, she mentioned universality that community have, this may have enhanced the message in this speech. meanwhile her calm ambience and tone made close distance with audience, and gave affinity. In terms of goodness of community, first of all I remind to this MMTMC,despite members have variety of background, in long journey, they support and deep appreciating each other. that is really precious things.
The fourth speaker: Kw-san
Speech Title:Bloom where you are planted
恩師のお言葉を胸に駆け抜けた社会人半生について「夢」を軸に語って頂きました。最初は仕事の苦労仲間だった同僚のKbさんでしたが、徐々にお互いの夢へ向き合い、やがて大きな変遷をたどる様が非常にぐっときます。とりわけ恩師のお言葉「置かれた場所で咲きなさい」はすべての土台になっており、いろいろな動力源になっていることが伺えました。活力にあふれた表情、動き、そして声は比類ないすばらしいもので、聴衆に強く印象付けられていたと思います。
she talked about her working life run through with teachers word in heart over respective dreams.the kb-san, met as just a coworker at beginning, with confronting dream each other, eventually overcome big changing at end. that story strongly touched my heart. particularly I believe that her teacher's word "Bloom where God has planted you" have been basis of speech and enormous motivation. energy ebullient face expression, gesture and vocal were superb beyond compare. that impressed thoroughly to audience.
