今年は、桜が例年より早く満開になり、暖かく快適な気候になってきました。４月１４日には、４月最初の例会が、「Cheer someone on」のテーマのもと、横浜市民活動支援センターで実施されました。３月から５月にかけては、スピーチコンテストシーズンでもあり、Division E Speech Contestには、Aさんが、エリア５４代表としてコンテストに参加されます。ご活躍を応援します。さて、今日の例会には、普段より、参加者がやや少なかったですが、ゲストも２名参加し、充実した例会になりました。
即興スピーチは、春に関するテーマに対し、指名された各人は、うまくスピーチをまとめていました。その後、３名による準備スピーチです。最初のスピーチは、パラリンピックに関するもの、２番目のスピーチは、クラブに入会してからの２年間を振り返っての印象について、そして、３番目のスピーチは、海外でのマッサージの体験談で、ユーモラスな話に皆を笑いの渦に巻き込みました。次回の例会は、４月２８日(土)です。
This year, the cherry blossom has started much earlier than previous years, and it was getting warmer recently. The
regular meeting on April 14th was conducted under
the meeting theme "Cheer someone on". The period from March to May is the contest season, and for the Division E Speech contest, TM A will join it as the representative of our Area 54 and compete with other 6 contestants. We will cheer him on. The table topic was conducted by the theme of "Spring" and members in charge made speeches pleasantly.
Then, the prepared speeches by 3 members were made. The first speech title was "Viva Paralympian!". The second speech title was "Past two years", and the last speech title was "Massage". She made her speech humorously by her own experience overseas. After the meeting, some members with a guest enjoyed chatting in a casual bar. The next meeting
is on April 28th at the same venue. See you then.
