The first meeting in July each year is an
opportunity to inaugurate the new officer members.
At Minato-Mirai TMC, the
inauguration ceremony of new officers was also held.
The inauguration speech of
the new president, TM OG, was full of motivation and compassion for the
members.
It is a moment to hold a regular meeting with
wonderful members and start with a new spirit.

OGの就任あいさつは、やる気とメンバーへの思いやりにあふれていました。素晴らしいメンバーで例会を開催し、新たな気持ちでスタートする瞬間です。

OG「Connect
& Spark!」
The first prepared speaker for this meeting was
the newly appointed PRESIDENT, TM OG. His first speech as president was a
wonderful speech, full of enthusiasm for the future, new challenges, and love
for the club members.
このミーティングで最初のspeakerとして登場したのは、新しく会長に就任したTM
OG。会長としての最初のスピーチは、未来への熱意と新たな挑戦、そしてクラブ・メンバーへの愛に溢れた素晴らしいものでした。
②TM
SS「Where
the Canzone is coming from?」
The second prepared speaker was TM SS, an
engineer who designed audio equipment. He gave an interesting speech about how
songs had been closely connected to the community. He made impressive use of
slides and sound during his speech.
2番目のspeakerは、オーディオ機器の設計を手がけるエンジニアのTM SS。歌がいかにコミュニティと密接に結びついているかについて興味深いスピーチをしてくれました。スライドと音声を駆使した印象的なスピーチでした。
③TM
IW「English
and Me」
The third prepared speaker was TM IW. TM IW uses
English in his work situation and has many opportunities to communicate with
people from other countries. He showed members how he was always learning by
experiencing firsthand the various intonations of English spoken in different
regions.
3番目のspeakerはTM IW。仕事で英語を使う機会が多く、他国の人とコミュニケーションをとる機会も多いTM IW。様々な地域で話される様々なイントネーションの英語を肌で感じ、常に勉強していることをメンバーに披露しました。

JE「The
art of active listening」
The fourth prepared speaker was TM JE. TM JE was
told that Active listening was important, but faced the difficulty of
practicing Active listening when actually communicating. He shared his
experience through his speech to the members and introduced how to practice
Active listening in an easy-to-understand way.
4番目のspeakerはTM JE。アクティブリスニングの重要性を説かれつつも、実際にコミュニケーションを取る際の実践の難しさに直面されたTM
JEさん。その経験をスピーチを通してメンバーに伝え、実践方法をわかりやすく紹介しました。
